	Steve Crouch, President 770-227-1234 ext 14 After obtaining a degree in Agricultural Engineering from Clemson University, Steve returned home to join the family business. He became president in 1989 and has led the company into the new technology of precision farming using variable rate technology. Steve has an extensive knowledge of hydraulic systems, spreading and spraying techniques and industry standards.
Randy Payton, Production Manager/Technical Assistance 770-227-1234 ext 19 Randy’s extensive experience in production management has refined the NCI assembly line by integrating AutoCAD and Plasma Cutter technology to our manufacturing process. He is knowledgeable in technical aspects of hydraulic systems and precision farming equipment.
	Rhenee' Barber Sales Assistant 770-227-1234 ext 31 Rhenee' is the cheerful voice that greets you when you call the Griffin location. She is the master of multi-tasking as she balances customers and employees.
Thomas Williams Production Supervisor - Liquid Equipment 770-227-1234 ext 24 Thomas has over 30 years experience with NCI and has worked in all areas of production. He currently supervises the construction and repair of all liquid equipment. He has extensive knowledge of hydraulics and spraying technology.
	W. Newton Crouch, Jr., Tank Specialist (770) 227-1234, ext 30 Newton has rejoined the staff of NCI as our tank specialist. He is knowledgeable about the size, pricing, use and availability of tanks. Rainwater Harvesting is one of the newest services at NCI. Newton can provide you with information on these eco-friendly, cost efficient systems.
	Marty Crouch, Systems Manager 770-227-1234 ext 16 Primarily, Marty handles the technology for NCI including computer, software and communications. However since earning her Master Gardener Certificate at the Griffin Campus of UGA, she has pursued an interest in rainwater harvesting.
	Purchasing & Inventory 770-227-1234 ext 12 Responsibilities include purchasing inventory, inventory control and return authorizations.
Samantha Bishop Accounts Payable and Receivable 770-227-1234 ext 11 Samantha handles NCI’s accounts receivable and payable. Email her for copies on invoices.
	Elizabeth Crouch McDowell Advertising & Marketing Elizabeth composes NCI’s marketing, advertising materials and handles trade shows. She completed a new catalog for us in December 2011.
